Tangy Soy Ginger Garlic Dipping Sauce

This is my favourite dipping sauce for when I make a batch of potstickers. It's a perfect balance of tangy spicy salty sweet.

  • ⅓ cup of soy sauce
  • 2-2½ tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1-2 crushed garlic cloves
  • pinch of finely sliced green onion
  • pinch of sugar
  • pinch of crushed red pepper
  1. Measure out all the ingredients into a bowl, mix well.
  2. Taste.
  3. Adjust as needed to suit your tastes.
  4. Serve.
